Job Goal:  

Assist the head coach with practice and meets

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities

• Work under the direction and supervision of the head coach and athletic director

Qualifications:

• Successful coaching experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of the sport.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, staff, and the community.

• Good planning, organization and administrative skills.
