JOB GOAL:

 

The goal of this position is to maintain grounds and buildings for the safety of all students and faculty.

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

• Mowing all district campuses and athletic fields including painting for events
• Playground equipment repair
• Snow removal
• Concrete and asphalt repair or replacement
• Service all mowing equipment
• Tree trimming
• Provides support to the trades when needed
• Moving and setting up furniture
• Roofing repair 
• Performs other job related duties as assigned 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Very heavy: Exerts in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly.
